This machine is mainly used for tunneling of coal roadway, semi-coal roadway and rock roadway with hardness f ≤ 60MPa (joint undeveloped)and f≤100MPa(joint development).And can be used in railway, highway, hydraulic engineering and other tunnels.Through the second conveyer, it can be matched with dump truck, shuttle truck and belt conveyer, and can realize continuous operation of cutting, loading and transportation.The maximum positioning cutting surface can reach up to 25m2(the cutting width is 6.05m and the cutting height is 5.1m). The vertical working slope is ≤±18.

- The cutting part has internal and external spray, water leakage detection and protection functions, the cutting motor has thermal protection, the cutting head has a truncated cone shape, and the tooth holder is arranged in a spiral shape.The internal spray seal adopts the world's leading sealing surface compensation technology with independent property rights, which completely solves the problem of unreliability of internal spray in the tunneling machine;

- The first transport plane is flat, with high gantry height and smooth transport. It adopts side double chain structure and high-strength wear resistant steel plate to improve the service life of chute and scraper.
- The walking department adopts the highly integrated structure of the reducer and hydraulic motor, which has large driving force and reliable performance. The expansion device adopts the composite structure of the expansion cylinder and the adjustment pad;
- The pump and operating valve of the hydraulic system adopt the world advanced unit import from German , which has the functions of constant power control, pressure cutting and load sensitive.
